Hi all,
I have reached the saturation point and now must give away some of my terrain I
no longer use. I have my country in a crate that was used for many years at
convention for micro armor battles. I no longer do Micro armor so I will pass
this on. It is still in perfect shape and come in its own Crate with wheels!
8-10 2×4 fiber glassed ceiling tile with terrain ranging for flat, gentle hills,
rivers, to city. This would also be great for Battle Tech games. This is all set up so as to be assembled in different configurations. roads will connect in many configerations.
Give me a call or email!

Ooh ooh pick me pick me!
Sorry all you runners up but its going with Ray Gonzales to St Crispins group to start a pool of terrain for them to use in growing gaming in the south! I hope they all have as much fun and good memories with as I have!

That’s an awesome idea. Very nice of you, Bill; I hope they kill lots of leetle fellows with it
Hello Bill: Sorry to be so slow to reply, but I don’t know Ray Gonzales, so I have no idea if he even runs microarmor at Saint Crispin’s Hobby Day. Most of the WWII players are into 15mm. It’s too bad you didn’t contact Frogg (Steve Reid) as he has a considerable amount of microarmor and prefers it. I’m too slow, I guess. Nice gesture though.
Ray Gonzales is one of the three “Art of War” team. They made the Helms Deep castle that I brought to Mini-Wars last year. The terrain is in good hands and will see definitely be put to good use.
Wow that looks great. I still have my 285 scale armies and would love to have a beautiful terrain set like that to teach my son on (12). I really like the Panzer Leader style match up on the roads.

Eugene, You can have terrain like that easy and have a great father son time doing it! those were built by me using 2×4 ceiling tiles, cheap at ant home Depot type store. The Hills are made the old fashioned way you learned in school projects! thinned with water “white glue” and old news paper. Wad up some paper into a hill of the right size and shape, glue it down and use strips of newspaper soaked in the glue solution. Lay the paper over the rolled newspaper and lit dry, waalaa! hills. After it has dried paint the WHOLE board with several layers of glue solution and it will become strong enough to game on. By CHEAP paint at a craft store and paint boards. You now have the same terrain! …. well almost >;)
Hi all! Many thanks to Mr. Withans for the new addition to the terrain library. I’ve been visiting Hobby Day for a couple of years now and have really seen the great work that Harmon Ward and the St. Crispin’s Irregulars are doing to promote the hobby. While my two cronies and I run our little hobby biz: Art of War Terrain, we remain dedicated to providing access to a FREE terrain library to any hobby group and event that cares to use it. Why do we do this? Simple, we love what we do! There aren’t too many forms of entertainment or venues nowadays that offer family friendly and wholesome fun. I am saddened to see the local decline of this hobby and I believe we can turn that around by merely showing people what we do and putting on good looking and interesting games. If I understood correctly, Bill Withans didn’t even know wargaming existed until he was about thirty, and he’s now about the closest thing we have to an “Uncle Duke” on the west coast!! I’m looking forward to posting pics of the boards in use soon so keep an eye out!
The terrain looks great, but I am more impressed with the box! May be time for a trip to the hardware store…
Yeah, I would love to build one of those, too.
